Our accommodation is ideal for business and leisure travellers with guests having the choice of staying in one our self-catering rooms . All our accommodation has been individually styled and finished to a very high standard, offering a premium level of comfort.
There is limited free 1 hour on street parking in Church Street. The local short stay car park in Church Street offer the following. Up to 1 hour: £0.70 – Up to 2 hours: £1.50 – Up to 3 hours: £2.00 – Up to 4 hours: £3.50. Free parking is available outside Rooms @ Number Six (single yellow line) between the hours of 6pm – 8am Monday – Saturday and all day Sunday.
Check in is between 2pm and 8pm. If you are later than this you may not be able to gain access and must make alternative arrangements at the time of booking or no later than forty eight hours prior to check in. Check out is no later than 11am.
Collecting and depositing your key
Upon arrival, just walk down the courtyard between “Costa Coffee” and “The Yard” the last door on your left hand side (please see the map) Your keys will be left in drop box and we will email you with the code for you key collection box 48 hours prior to your arrival
When you leave, just drop your keys in the drop off box which is clearly marked. If you do not leave you key, we will have to charge £25 for an additional key and fob

Oakham is the county town of Rutland and has been placed at number 51 on The Sunday Times’ list of the best 101 places to live in Britain 2016.
Its historic sites include the 14th century church, the medieval castle and the Buttercross – all a short walk from Rooms @ Number Six.
Oakham has excellent primary and secondary schools, including Oakham School, one of the leading independent schools in the country.
“The town itself has a lively market twice a week, independent shops in Mill Street and the High Street, several good pubs and bandstand concerts.”
Rutland Water is less than 2 miles from Oakham and offers a great range of outdoor activities – including sailing, fishing, walking and cycling.
Rutland Water also has a nature reserve, which serves as a breeding site for ospreys and holds the annual ‘Bird Fair’.
