Two Single Beds with luxurious quality quilts, pillows and crisp white Egyptian cotton bedding, wardrobe, dressing table, bed side table and lamps.

Large ensuite bathroom, large shower, toilet & hand basin.

Open plan living area two comfortable chairs and small coffee table plus a small kitchenette area approximately 17.5 square metres

Room rate:

  • Sunday to Thursday:       Single from £69  / Double from £79 per night
  • Friday and Saturday:      From £90 per night  

Discounts: Discount of 10% for any stays of three nights or more in any of our rooms but only if booked directly (not through a booking website) excludes August and September.

Checking in

Check in is between 2pm and 8pm. If you are later than this you may not be able to gain access and must make alternative arrangements at the time of booking or no later than forty eight hours prior to check in.  Check out is no later than 11am.

Collecting and depositing your key

Upon arrival, just walk down the courtyard between “Costa Coffee” and “Bakers Yard” Wine Bar to the last door on your left hand side (please see the map) Your keys will be left in drop box and we will email you with the code for you key collection box 48 hours prior to your arrival

When you leave, just drop your keys in the drop off box which is clearly marked. If you do not leave you key, we will have to charge £25 for an additional key and fob.

Dining

All rates are room & continental breakfast. There is also fresh milk along with tea and coffee making facilities in your room.

The restaurant downstairs opens at 0800 (0900 Sunday) and serves a range of delicious freshly prepared breakfasts. A menu is in your room. They also serve food all day until 9pm.

Local facilities

As we are located just off Oakham High Street, you will find within easy walking distance a large variety of shops, restaurants and bars all of which are detailed in your welcome pack

Servicing your room

All rooms are serviced daily between 11am and 2pm. Towels are replaced daily and for longer stays bed linen is changed every three days.

Special occasions

We will be happy to provide any shopping requests such as wine, flowers etc for your arrival at the appropriate cost. Please request at time of booking or no later than forty eight hours prior to your arrival if you require anything.

Open plan living area with sofa and coffee table and sleeping area with king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bed side table and plus a small kitchenette area

This room can be used as a family room. The sofa bed is only recommended for children up to ten years old and must be requested at time of booking so that we can make up the sofa bed and provide extra quilts, pillows and towels ready for your arrival

This is our largest room which is approximately 20.7 square metres

Room rate
