Each of our rooms are individually designed and beautifully appointed to the highest standard and comprise:

• King size bed with luxurious quality quilts and crisp white Egyptian cotton bedding
• Modern ensuite bathrooms with Egyptian cotton bath and hand towels plus complimentary shower gel and shampoo
• Flat screen Freeview TV and Free Wi-Fi
• Small kitchenette area with fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee, crockery, glasses and utensils
• Wardrobe, dressing table, bed side table and lamps.
• Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer

Checking in

Check in is between 2pm and 8pm. If you are later than this you may not be able to gain access and must make alternative arrangements at the time of booking or no later than forty eight hours prior to check in.  Check out is no later than 11am.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations will be refunded in full, but please note our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations not made before the 48 hour deadline will be charged at full rate for the first night. Failure to honour a booking will also be charged at the full rate. Sorry but strictly no pets allowed.

Collecting you key

Upon arrival, just walk down the courtyard between “Costa Coffee” and “The Yard” to the last door on your left hand side (please see the map) Your keys will be left in drop box and we will email you with the code for you key collection box 48 hours prior to your arrival

When you leave, just drop your keys in the drop off box which is clearly marked. If you do not leave you key, we will have to charge £25 for an additional key and fob

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please be advised that all our rooms are located in the town centre above the popular orbis restaurant and may be noisy during busy times. The restaurant closes at 2300hrs.
